I am 55 years old. I have been receiving chiropractic care on a regular basis since I was 21. Back in 1973, besides my regular regiment of exercise such as pushups, sit-ups, softball and running, I had begun attending a karate class. I soon found that the constant thrust of punching and kicking air had caused my back to hurt. After months of sleeping on the floor and pulling my legs over my head trying to make my back "crack" and give me some relief, I finally decided to take the advise of a neighbor to see a chiropractor. The results were so immediate and so good, that I continued to see that chiropractor on a regular basis (three times per week in the beginning - but eventually, after getting better - at least once per month, usually more often) for about ten years.
While I eventually became disenchanted with that particular chiropractor and his operation (hours in the waiting room and a sense that the patients had become less important than the financial rewards that operation was receiving), chiropractic care remained an important part of my personal health.
Over the next eight to ten years, as a result of moving and traveling, I was adjusted by many different chiropractors. Some better than others. And soon the different techniques that the various chiropractors were using became obvious to me. I have been adjusted by male and female chiropractors, big and small, those who use vibrating tables, wired instruments, as well as those with more direct and those with more passive techniques.
Finally, about twelve years ago, I found Dr. Potash in my old home town of Sayreville, NJ. His technique, knowledge, dedication, and attitude towards healthy living - and the role that chiropractic care plays in a healthy life - is the reason I recommend him to everyone I know. It is also the reason I travel an hour and a half from my home in the Allentown, PA area almost every Saturday morning to visit him. Whether I feel great that week (which is usually the case) or I have some minor aggravation in my neck or back - or something of a more serious nature as a result of a sports injury - I know Dr. Potash will make the diagnosis and the adjustment that always has me at the "top of my game".
At 55, I am in excellent health. I feel as good - if not better than - most 35 year olds. I believe my good health is a direct result of eating healthy food, drinking plenty of water, regular exercise, and the chiropractic care I receive on a regular basis from Dr. Andrew Potash - the best chiropractor that I have ever known - and ever will know.

Dr. Potash has helped me and my family so much. I was experiencing pain and headaches every day for as long as i can remember. He found the problem in my spine and gave me what can only be described as a "miracle" adjustment. I have never felt so good, i can do so many things that i wasn't able to before. Now my husband and kids get adjusted as well and we are allfeeling great andenjoying life so much more.
